I take a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences are all deeply connected. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I create a space where you can show up as you are without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand what’s really going on underneath. My goal is to help you find clarity, feel more grounded, and create meaningful, lasting change that actually fits your life.
My name is Patty and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I earned my Master's Degree in 2021 and began my post-grad client hours for licensure. I have inpatient and outpatient experience with children, teens, adults, and the elderly. My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to help clients feel at ease in the relationship. Therapy is a loaded word with all sorts of stigmas and negative connotations that new clients may bring to the room. My first job is to provide an environment where the client feels safe, heard, and valued. Once a solid alliance is created then the real work begins.
I’m a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence‐based care for adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I offer services in English and Spanish to support clients who feel most comfortable in either language. My style is warm, respectful, and culturally sensitive.
I am the wife of a veteran, and mother of three. I have been working with children, families and couples for over 20 years. I believe in empowering others and helping them find their own peace. I will work with you, meeting you where you are at, allowing you to work at your own pace. I have always had a calling to help and to heal using humor with a shared understanding of this thing, we call life, and the trials that come with it. I'm here to assist clients to understand that there is another side; and on that side there is hope. I graduated from USC, have been trained in several ways to do heal emotional wounds. Together we can work on anything from simple life issues, ADHD, all things to include extreme trauma(s) such as such as domestic violence. Behavioral issues between parent and child are also a specialty. One of the biggest rewards is watching clients achieve the goals that they set for themselves, and finally realizing that they were able to do what they never thought was possible.
As both a therapist and an athlete, I understand the pressure to perform, navigate change, and find balance while managing the many demands of life. I work with young adults and adults who are looking to improve their relationships, gain clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I deeply value creating a space where you can simply be yourself. You don’t need to have the “right” words or have everything figured out before coming into therapy. I’ll meet you where you are — with compassion, care, and without judgment.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, or emotional burnout, therapy can help you regain clarity and control. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your full experience—not just symptoms—so you can move toward lasting, meaningful change and feel more grounded in your daily life.
