National certification in Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and director of a mental health and substance abuse clinic.

I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life stressors. My background includes years of nursing in emergency, psychiatric, and behavioral health settings, which helps me understand clients from both a medical and mental health perspective. I create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing.

I am a good listener and make my clients feel comfortable sharing anything with me. I am nonjudgmental and suggest the best treatment for them. I have over 12 years experience in counseling having worked in clinics and mental hospitals. Private practice is a good fit for me. I am active in swimming, biking, kayaking and music. I sing and write my own songs and perform occasionally.

I have a special passion for working with women, mothers, minority males, and blended families, as well as anyone seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth. My focus is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can process life events, build resilience, and move toward balance and fulfillment.
