Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anger, addiction, anxiety, or family conflict start pulling you away from who you want to be. I work with adolescent boys, teens, and adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by emotional struggles and unhealthy patterns. Together, we focus on building confidence, emotional balance, healthy coping skills, and a stronger sense of purpose so you can feel more grounded, peaceful, and in control of your life and relationships.
You’re the one who usually has everything under control, but lately, the "strong" version of you feels like a mask that’s getting too heavy to wear. Whether you’re a mother wondering why you feel detached from the life you worked so hard to build, or a parent exhausted by the cycle of ADHD-related challenges—you don’t have to carry this alone.
I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can stop surviving and start thriving. My approach is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, tailored to move you toward a life where you feel present, connected, and capable.

Headway helps you stay on track with expert-guided support for ADHD — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right provider for ADHD in Savannah starts with understanding what type of care you need. Therapists, such as licensed professional counselors (LPCs) and clinical social workers (LCSWs), can help you build coping strategies through approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or behavioral therapy. Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners can evaluate symptoms, provide a diagnosis, and manage medication. Some people benefit from working with both a therapist and a prescriber.
With many providers in the Savannah area — including Pooler, Richmond Hill, and surrounding Chatham County — narrowing your options can take time. Consider what matters most: whether a provider specializes in adult ADHD or works with children and teens, whether you prefer virtual or in-person sessions, and whether their approach matches your goals. Reading a provider's bio before booking can help you understand their style and areas of focus.
ADHD care in Savannah can be costly without insurance, but in-network coverage can significantly reduce what you pay per session. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated costs before booking. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, and your out-of-pocket cost may be as low as $0 per visit depending on your plan and location.
