Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, or the transitions that come with different stages of life. You don't have to navigate these experiences alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change from an eclectic evidenced based approach that promotes hope, stability, and wellness, including faith-based perspective.
I specialize in working with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, intimate relationship conflict, and couples counseling.I believes my purpose is to assist individuals to live life healthy and with hope.
I have extensive experience with substance abuse, holding a previous Certified Alcohol Drug Certificate (CADC) in Illinois, previous certification as an Emergency Services Prescreener with mental health, certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional, trained in level 2 of the Gottman Couples Method, experienced with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and intimate relationship conflict. I received an outstanding excellent therapy award in 2021 and am committed to lives being changed. I am inspired daily by my husband, two adult children, and in love with my five grandchildren. In my spare time I love exercising, running miles, and reading educational/spiritual literature to keep myself sharp to assist others in sharpen themselves.
Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel exhausting — and finding the right support shouldn't add to that. I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner practicing via telehealth across New York State, and I genuinely love what I do. My style is collaborative: I'm not here to hand you a prescription and send you on your way. I want to understand your full picture — your history, your goals, what you've tried before — and build a plan that actually fits your life. Care works best when it feels like a partnership, and that's exactly what I aim for. There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mental health, and I'll never treat it that way. If you're ready to take the next step — or even just curious about what that might look like — I'd love to connect.
As your mental health provider here's what I want you to know about me:
I’m Paige Allegra Blayne, a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, eating disorders, or life transitions, I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from trauma, and those facing challenges related to body image, infertility, substance use, and women’s mental health. My practice is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore every part of yourself without judgment.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a proud graduate of D'Youville College, I provide a compassionate, faith-based approach to mental health care. My work stems from my belief that healing is always possible and that hope is a powerful force for change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I offer a safe, welcoming space where we can work together to rediscover your strength and resilience. I believe that setbacks help us grow rather than define who we are. Starting over, sometimes, is the bravest thing we can do.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I focus on creating a supportive and thoughtful space where you can feel empowered to grow. I have 4 years of experience working with diverse populations and a wide variety of diagnoses. I earned my Master of Social Work Degree from NYU Silver School of Social Work. Most of my work focuses on supporting adults through various life challenges, including relationships, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning.
