I am dual-certified in Adult–Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health, which means I care for both your physical and emotional well-being in one place. Many patients come in feeling like they’ve been passed around between providers—my goal is to simplify that experience and provide clear, coordinated, and comprehensive care.
I take a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every visit. I listen closely, ask the right questions, and make sure you fully understand your health and your options. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating stress or anxiety, dealing with hormonal changes, or working toward weight and wellness goals, we will create a plan that is realistic, personalized, and sustainable.
Through my work at Meldic Health Clinic, I focus on building a space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. Your concerns are taken seriously, and your care is never rushed.
Collaboration and shared decision-making are essential.
I work alongside clients to explore their goals, provide education, and develop treatment plans that align with their values and preferences. Pay close attention not just to what clients say, but how they say it—affect, behavior, and underlying themes.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right psychiatrist in Maryland starts with understanding what kind of care you need. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe and manage medication, and in some cases provide talk therapy. If you're looking for support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or questions about treatment options, a qualified healthcare professional can help you determine the right type of care. Psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) can also evaluate, diagnose, and manage medication, and are another option available through Headway.
Maryland has a large and varied mental health provider landscape, with psychiatrists practicing in Baltimore, the DC suburbs of Silver Spring and Bethesda, Annapolis, Columbia, Towson, Frederick, and many other areas. Consider what matters most to you — whether that's a provider who specializes in a specific condition, someone who offers virtual appointments, or a practice close to where you live or work. Reading a provider's bio can help you understand their approach and decide if they're a good match before you book.
Psychiatry sessions in Maryland can be expensive without insurance. Using your in-network benefits is one of the most reliable ways to lower your out-of-pocket costs. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs upfront, and your out-of-pocket expense may be as low as $0 per session, though costs may vary based on your location and exact insurance coverage. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find a psychiatrist who is both the right clinical fit and covered by your plan.
