Many challenges we carry stem not only from our own experiences, but from trauma and patterns passed down through generations. I specialize in generational and relational healing, supporting individuals and parents who feel stuck in cycles they want to change. Together, we explore how early attachment experiences and relational trauma live in your body, emotions, and nervous system, shaping your connections today. Therapy is collaborative and exploratory, creating space for insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Tempe starts with knowing what kind of support you want. People often look for therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. As you compare therapists, look for training and listed specialties that match your needs. A therapist’s profile can show whether they use approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, or acceptance and commitment therapy.
Tempe has a steady range of therapy options, with care available near central areas like Mill Avenue, Arizona State University, South Tempe, and surrounding East Valley communities. If a nearby office fits your routine, in-person therapy may be a good match. If your schedule changes often, virtual therapy can give you more appointment options across Arizona. To narrow your search, review whether a therapist is accepting new clients, offers appointment times that fit your calendar, and provides a free phone consultation. Reading bios before booking can help you understand each therapist’s communication style and what sessions may be like.
Therapy in Tempe can be a significant cost without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and understand what you may pay before care begins. Headway helps you find therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, verify your benefits, and show estimated out-of-pocket costs before you book. You can browse therapists in Tempe, review profiles, compare availability, and book directly when you’re ready.
