I have a special interest in women's health — particularly during the perinatal period and menopause — as well as the unique needs of healthcare workers.

For the last several years, I have worked with women, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and I have helped them with various issues such as navigating a potential Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) diagnosis, exploring neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder), working with OCD, chronic illness/health issues, processing relationships and polyamory, and exploring gender identity/sexuality.
