Hi there! I am a licensed counselor in both Indiana and Minnesota. I graduated from Purdue University Northwest in 2022 with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and have worked in community mental health, substance use recovery, and private practice settings since. I enjoy working with adults through various circumstances, issues, or symptoms, and utilize a mix of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and EMDR interventions during sessions.

I have 10+ years of experience doing this work. I'm naturally drawn to people, and bring curiosity regarding your story- diversity of background, personalities, and identities. My special interests include supporting neurodivergence, being queer, going through separations, transitions, and grief- I've worked collaboratively with families, couples, kids, and everybody in between- in schools, in private practice, and a nonprofit I'm passionate about. Hello! I have an BA in psychology from IU and a MEd. in counseling psychology from the U of L. I serve a diverse population. I work with all ages regarding many different concerns. I practice trauma informed care. I approach every client with dignity and respect. I am easy to talk to and work to create a safe, non-judging environment.
