I am Shannon Robertson, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Mosaic Minds Wellness & Consulting. I believe mental health care should feel human, not rushed or impersonal. I strive to create a judgment-free space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I take time to understand your story, not just your symptoms, and I approach care with compassion, curiosity, and empathy. My goal is for you to feel supported, empowered, and never alone in your healing journey.

Sometimes life feels overwhelming not because of one big moment, but because the stress, worry, and emotional weight have slowly built over time. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, or major life changes can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the people you care about most. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I partner with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and trauma so they can strengthen relationships, build resilience, and create a greater sense of peace in their everyday lives. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where every person feels safe, respected, and empowered to grow.
If you have been feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed by relationship or family conflict, or weighed down by grief, loss, or intimacy concerns, you do not have to carry it alone. For 35 years, I have helped people navigate these challenges, including military families facing active duty and retirement transitions. I also bring a strong sense of fairness that helps me connect with clients making sense of hurt and confusion.
My path to psychiatric care is a little different from most. I spent over a decade as an Obstetrics Nurse before transitioning into psychiatric mental health — and that background deeply shapes how I show up for my clients. I understand the weight of life transitions, the complexity of the mind-body connection, and the importance of feeling truly supported. Now, as a PMHNP, I bring that same compassionate, whole-person perspective to mental health care.
I'm Dawn, a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in grief, caregiver stress, chronic illness, and life's significant transitions. When I tell you I love what I do, I love what I do! I am not hear to manage symptoms, I'm here to heal. As a current doctoral student, I value continued education to maintain the highest form of evidence-based care for my clients. I walk the walk of healing and believe every therapist should do the same.

Kayla, a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in community mental health, recognized the profound disparities in access to mental health care within BIPOC communities.
