Many of my clients come to me feeling like something is holding them back. Stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, struggling to communicate in ways that feel authentic, or searching for healthier ways to cope with life's challenges. They often describe a sense that their personal growth has stalled, even when they can't quite put their finger on why.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning adults who appear to be managing life well from the outside but are privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, ADHD, or major life transitions. I have a particular interest in men's mental health and helping professionals navigate the pressures that come with demanding careers, relationships, and family responsibilities. I work with adults, and can support parenting and divorce-related work, as well.

Over forty years of sitting with people through the things that crack a life open: the identity shifts that come with midlife, the isolation that quietly builds, the grief of a body that's changed, the exhaustion of caregiving for someone else while your own needs go unmet. I bring deep expertise in depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the complex emotional terrain that emerges as life evolves through its stages. I specialize in working with adults — particularly women, caregivers, and individuals facing chronic health challenges or major life transformations — who are navigating chapters of life that often go unacknowledged and underserved. I am a dedicated and compassionate licensed independent clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Boston University.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in diagnosing and treating mental health as well as medical conditions across the lifespan. I earned my graduate degree in psychiatric nursing and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me a broad perspective on mental health care. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and ADHD. I work with adults and adolescents, and I’m experienced in supporting individuals navigating different mental health conditions.

I have worked in community mental health, college counseling, and private practice settings. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relational concerns. As a queer-identified therapist, I am also dedicated to working with LGBTQ+ folks, and affirming of kink and ENM/polyamory as well.
