My name is Henry Coffield and I believe in mental wellness. The beginning of any process has to involve belief. I have worked for over 20 years in this field. Hello, my name is Matthew Cosentino and I'm a licensed mental health counselor. I've worked with clients of all backgrounds and with various reasons that brought them to counseling. I know first hand what it's like to go through things like anxiety and depression and I specialize in working with people facing those challenges. I believe that even during life's most difficult seasons, there is hope ahead. I strive to help clients find the light at the end of the tunnel and build the tools needed to move toward a brighter future.
I have a love for collaborating with clients and learning their stories. I truly enjoy learning about all people and how they perceive the world, and I feel fortunate to help support the growth of each individual every time a therapeutic relationship is established. While I focus much of my practice through a CBT framework, I include elements of DBT and mindfulness as well.

Hi there, and welcome!
Congrats on taking the first step.
