She has practiced for over 20 years in a variety of agency settings, but primarily in a private psychotherapy practice where most of her work has been with individuals in late adolescence through adulthood addressing varying mood disorders, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, family issues, and substance abuse issues that affect interpersonal relationships, work or employment, and goal setting.
Hi, I’m Jennifer Kottler, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I’m passionate about supporting individuals facing challenges such as addiction (including Medication-Assisted Treatment), substance use disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, and psychosis. My approach is collaborative—we’ll work together to create a care plan that truly fits your needs and goals.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, judgment-free space to talk about their mental health. My practice is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based care. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your concerns, knowing that your voice is heard and respected. Treatment decisions are always made as a team, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
A bit about my background: I’m a graduate of Wilkes University, and most of my nursing career has been dedicated to addiction and mental health. I decided to become a PMHNP because I wanted to make a bigger impact for my patients. In my first year as a PMHNP, I helped launch an MAT program and served as the main provider. Today, my practice focuses on mental health, and I plan to expand addiction services in the future.
I look forward to meeting with you to help you to identify and understand your problems. I will guide you through healthy coping, self-care, and improved relationships.
I am a Pennsylvania and Rhode Island Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and received my Masters of Social Work from West Chester University, specializing in integrated care for medically vulnerable populations. I have worked in a variety of settings, including children and youth crisis intervention, mental health counseling, and LGBTQ+ specific behavioral health services.
I am a Master's level independent clinical social worker and have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and work well with individuals who have experienced complex or childhood trauma. I also work with clients who struggle with ADHD, burnout, anxiety or depression. I became a therapist to help others live up to their full potential and get out of autopilot to find genuine contentment in their lives.
You might look like you have it all together—insightful, composed, even successful—but inside, you feel disconnected. You overthink, struggle to feel your emotions, and find it hard to fully trust in relationships. Maybe you’ve done therapy before and understand your patterns, but something still feels stuck. I’m a holistic somatic therapist who helps overthinkers and avoidant types move beyond insight into embodied change. Through nervous system work, relational healing, and a spiritually grounded approach, we’ll reconnect you to your emotions and help you build the kind of inner safety that creates real, lasting connection.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from Philadelphia, PA who has experience working with all age groups and offering care for clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress management, and adapting to life transitions. I have been a board certified Licensed Behavioral Specialist for 11 years and a Licensed Professional Counselor for nearly 2 years.
