I love doing this work! I consider it a great privilege to walk alongside my clients, to partner with them, support them in their journey, and witness their growth.
I attended San Diego State University for my undergraduate studies and received my masters in Social Work from Loma Linda University. Hey Yall!

My name is Patricia, and I am a mental health therapist with 14 years' experience in community mental health! Seeking support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can explore what's keeping you stuck and build practical tools that help you move toward the life you want.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, perfectionism, self-worth concerns, and depression. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major change, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, we'll work together to develop lasting skills and meaningful insight.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Texas and provide secure telehealth therapy to adults in both states.
If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
Powerful moods and emotions (hopelessness, panic, rage, jealousy, self-loathing, blame, burnout, emptiness, etc.) are a sign that something important is going on below the surface. Something meaningful is being stirred up in you that needs to be explored if it is going to be understood and healed. Therapy can help you get underneath symptoms into the core of what’s happening. The emotions, needs, desires, and memories that need to be talked about for you to find relief. Supporting people on this journey is my greatest passion. Our conversations will provide you with the grounding and clarity it takes to process and heal.
