Hi, I’m Tracy, I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 22 years of experience in nursing and mental health care. I provide compassionate, individualized treatment for children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, life transitions and other mental health illnesses. I have a passion for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks and social isolation.

I take a holistic, patient centered approach to care, which means I look beyond just the symptoms. I consider the whole person, mind, body, and spirit because I believe true healing comes from addressing every part of who we are. That might include medication, lifestyle changes, therapy support, or simply having a safe space to talk and be heard. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Jacksonville University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry at St. Thomas University. I’m currently working toward my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at St. Thomas University, which allows me to stay up to date with the latest research and continue improving how I serve my clients.

Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient hospitals, outpatient settings, and telehealth environments, giving me a broad understanding of how mental health shows up in different stages and spaces of life. Allowing the space for them to play freely generates the possibility of understanding their world and their motivation. Instead of the traditional format of communication, we often learn more about a child's thoughts, feelings, motivations, and struggles by watching them play.
