With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and integrative medicine. I have advanced training in KAP and am proud to offer vibroacoustic therapy as part of my holistic approach to mental health care. My goal is to provide empathetic, personalized support that empowers clients to achieve mental wellness and improve their quality of life.
At an early age I spent hours listening to people talk about the transitions, traumas, and troubles in their life as I played just out of ear’s reach (or so they thought). These special moments ignited a passion for people and what happens when human beings start being human.

You may be looking for support with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or identity exploration — or you may want a provider who simply understands your experience without requiring explanation.
