Hello,
My name is Kirsten T. Jackson and I am the owner of Grace Carries Wellness Collaborative and Consulting. My practice’s identity is centered in the belief that individuals have the power to create the change they want to see in their lives through understanding, grace and self awareness. I believe that when these three self regarding behaviors are consistently practiced individuals can better acknowledge and honor their “core self”.
“Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” With over 10 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, my goal is to help others to find the light. Congratulations on taking the hardest step of the journey with seeking help.
Bethany Fitzsimmons, LCSW-C is certified in EMDR, and has a background in attachment focused therapies to treat a wide variety of symptoms. She has experience treating individuals, couples and families and works to create an environment in session where issues can be looked at with curiosity to creatively find ways to affect change.
As a licensed professional with over 10 years of experience, I support clients through helping them find their strengths to use as a foundation to identify and reach their life goals in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. I specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, stress management, coping with chronic illness, workplace issues (EAP certified), military life and family/relationship issues.

Living with a medical condition or physical disability often means carrying a weight that others don’t see or understand. The exhaustion of balancing health needs with daily life, the frustration of feeling misunderstood, and the toll of uncertainty can be immense. I have a deep personal understanding of these challenges. In our work, we’ll create a space to acknowledge the full complexity of your experience. We’ll also focus on reconnecting with your sense of self, adapting to life’s shifts, and cultivating a life that feels meaningful and grounded, even in the midst of difficulty. You don't have to let the challenges define you.
