When I was growing up, I always thought I wasn’t dealt a good hand in life. I had family issues that would top any reality tv show to date. I often felt like there was no one I could really open up to and share my inner thoughts and feelings with. I was wearing “masks” before the pandemic, always smiling when deep down I wanted to cry.
