Hello, I’m Adedayo, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience including experienced across medical-surgical, skilled nursing, inpatient psychiatric care, and addiction medicine settings. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston and my Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from South College in Tennessee.
I specialize in treating adults ages 18–65 experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and other chronic mental health conditions. I have a strong passion for supporting individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My approach integrates comprehensive psychiatric assessment, personalized medication management, and brief therapeutic interventions to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
I believe mental health treatment should feel collaborative, respectful, and empowering. My goal is to create a safe, stigma-free space where you feel heard and supported. I value shared decision-making, open communication, and individualized care plans that reflect your unique needs and strengths.
Above all, I am committed to helping you build resilience, restore balance, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Certified Dementia Practitioner
Boston, MA | In-Person & Telehealth Sessions
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) with more than two decades of clinical experience helping adults navigate complex emotional, relational, and medical challenges. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and have dedicated my career to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that genuine change is possible at every stage of life.
My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, medical conditions, LGBTQ+ identity and relationships, grief and loss, end-of-life issues, and advanced care planning. My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Humanistic framework. I believe that movement is medicine, and that healing emerges through the mind–body connection — where awareness, purpose, and action intersect.
As a gay clinician, I am deeply committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and resilience with honesty and respect. I strive to help each person cultivate balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of possibility in their lives.
Welcome. My goal is to provide support, guidance, and encouragement in helping you to recognize what you already know about yourself...you willingness to try. In this world, with so many changes and stressors, it can be a good starting point.
My focus is in anxiety, life transitions, grief, and depression.

I've done psychiatric consulting and specialize in many disorders including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and psychosis.
I currently treat adult clients.

***Due to tele-health limitations and constraints, if suicidal thoughts are present, please refer to psychiatric urgent care services and/or an in-person provider. In addition, only the client is allowed during all sessions.
***Should you require assistance with all paperwork please note that it requires 3 months of prior consistent treatment. Thank you.
I love working with clients who are reflective, open to self-exploration and ready to challenge long-standing beliefs about themselves. I help adults build confidence, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients gain practical tools to interrupt negative thought cycles, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more balanced, self-compassionate way of living. This helps clients experience greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and improved self-worth.
