Michelle utilizes a client centered, relational, and strengths-based approach in her practice and is knowledgeable in CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution focused therapy. Michelle works with adolescents as well as adults, and interventions are tailored to each individual’s needs.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, and psychedelic harm reduction. My approach is eclectic, blending CBT, mindfulness, existential therapy, and person-centered therapy based on each client’s needs. I’m committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to help individuals navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
