My client focus
While I have worked with a wide variety of clients from youth to adult, I have a particular passion for working with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, grief, and loss. I have many years of experience supporting people providing care to a loved one in particular.
My communication style

How I help clients reach goals
From our first appointment, I will work with you in setting goals for therapy. As part of our initial meeting, we will talk about what you want your life to look like at the end of our work together.
My journey to becoming a provider
When talking about my journey becoming a therapist, I always start out by letting people know that social work found me and I'm so glad it did! In my journey as a therapist, I started out running groups, which I have enjoyed for many years. I was later drawn to working with people individually.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my empathy, flexibility, and my ability to be fully present with you through whatever you're doing through. My main areas of focus are identity development, LGBTQ+ issues, and OCD. I am a queer therapist and make it a priority to make therapy a safe space for queer and gender non-confirming individuals. I am glad you're here!
