Dr. Victoria Benson, DNP, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) with 17 years of experience in health care and 4 years of experience in psychiatry treatments.

I’m from the PNW like sunshine, summer bbq, chasing waterfalls, mariners games and growing my garden and winter seasons. I love a good novella good food and family time.

I have worked with clients and their families in various capacities for the past 12 years. I have found that I love helping people heal from past traumas and overcome whatever is holding them back. Through my training, I have found that the brain and body have incredible healing mechanisms hardwired into them. I am honored to be able to help others unlock those healing aspects and to help people enjoy their lives more fully. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and later completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process difficult life situations, decisions, transitions and mental health challenges. I offer supportive guidance, a listening ear and a focus on self care. I use eclectic techniques based on what makes the most sense for each individual client and bring over 20 years of experience to our sessions.

With my Masters in Social Work from the University of WA and over 40 years of experience in Washington's health and mental health settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am currently working on a doctorate in psychology with a clinical emphasis. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider and see people for anxiety and panic disorders and OCD. I also see people for many other types of mental health concerns including ADHD, family concerns, chronic illness, trauma, and grief and loss.
