I’m Dr. Courtney Chettle, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, based in Arizona. I specialize in helping adults who are navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and life transitions. I know how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying old wounds, coping silently, or feeling disconnected from who you really are. You don’t have to do it alone.

I bring 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including 6 years as a licensed clinician and several more as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I work with people who are ready to make real, lasting changes, people who want to heal, grow, and feel more like themselves again.

As someone who is in recovery and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individual who has had to navigate life from that lens, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain who you are, where you’ve been, or why it is hard. My name is Dianne Fontaine, MSN, APRN, and I'm a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I obtained my Master’s Degree from Walden University and has undergone advanced clinical training, equipping me to assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of psychiatric illnesses, as well as provide psychotherapy.

I enjoy come along side people in their journey to live up to their highest potential! I believe that every person is created unique and has a purpose! I have a background in substance abuse counseling and mental health giving me a unique perspective in co-occurring conditions. I do general mental health, but am also certified in ADHD and Christian Counseling.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with almost 20 years of professional work experience addressing a range of mental health issues across the lifespan. Most of my life was spent in East Tennessee but my career experience began in Virginia where I obtained my counseling license in 2014. In 2020 I moved to Yuma, Arizona, and am eligible to work with clients in both states.

Education and Credentials:

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2003 from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. I soon followed it with my Master's degree in Counseling in 2007 at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. In 2021 I received my School Counseling Certificate from the state of Arizona.
