Hi, I’m Kara Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, and the founder of Unfiltered Clinical Services. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex life stressors, trauma, and system involvement, including those connected to the legal or forensic system.

My approach to therapy is real, direct, and grounded in clinical expertise. I create a space where you don’t have to filter your experiences, we work through them together with honesty, structure, and intention. In addition to therapy, I also provide forensic-focused services, including competency-related support and evaluations. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in psychology, nursing, and addiction counseling. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stressors.
