In addition to my education background in Psychology, Couple and Family Therapy, I am also trained in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based modalities and attachment-based theories.

Her ability to gain trust and build fast rapport an environment where clients feel uplifted, supported and understood. Aleth has over 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields, finding great joy in helping people progress and live healthy and happy lives.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe in prioritizing mental health for all persons as s key to happiness and stability. Congratulations in taking the first and hardest step in seeking mental health treatment. I’ve been practicing for 30 years, but in the last decade, I have been focusing both on med management and individual therapy.

I'm Jeanette, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder of Full Time Human here in Davie, Florida. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I run the practice alongside my mother, Doris, so I bring both clinical training and real lived experience in how families work. My focus is helping families through hard moments, whether that's a rough patch between partners, a struggling teen, or a household that just feels out of sync.

I believe in creating a non-judgmental and empathic environment where my clients feel safe and free to examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I completed my undergraduate studies at Florida International University. I obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University and completed both a master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Albizu University. I gained predoctoral internship training at University of Central Florida and a postdoctoral fellowship at Jackson Health System in affiliation with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

I have over 15 years years of experience working with children, adults, and older adults. I help people with suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, addiction, PTSD and more. I also have experience with advanced treatments such as TMS, ECT, and Spravato.
