I earned my Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Florida International University and have worked in a variety of settings, including the foster care system, residential treatment, and community mental health. My background includes supporting individuals navigating trauma, persistent mental health conditions, substance use, eating disorders, and major life transitions. I’ve also worked with veterans, individuals who are unhoused, and LGBTQIA2S+ clients.

In my practice, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients with PTSD, some OCD presentations, and concerns related to gender, sexuality, and queer identity. My work is trauma-informed, affirming, and rooted in helping clients feel both emotionally safe and genuinely understood.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, older children, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Florida International University and have spent my career helping individuals and families move toward healthier, more balanced lives.

I work with individuals experiencing grief and bereavement, end of life issues, infertility, chronic conditions such as diabetes, and other health-related disabilities that impact emotional well-being. My practice also supports clients living with bipolar disorder (also known as manic depressive illness), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse concerns, anger management and impulse control difficulties, and complex family or relationship issues.

My hospice and palliative care background has shaped the way I work: with deep respect for what people are carrying, and a focus on dignity, whole-person care, and what actually helps in real life.

Victoria received a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Purdue University. She also holds a Master of Education with a specialization in Counseling from Liberty University. She has over 30 years of caring in the medical arena.

Hi! I am Jaclyn. I have an extensive history working with individuals of all ages, functioning levels, and settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University where I studied Psychology. I then received my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College where I studied Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Since my undergraduate I have worked alongside my clients to address past traumas and symptoms of unresolved experiences.
