I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, adolescents, young adults, and families through challenging life experiences. I understand that opening up to someone you’ve never met can feel intimidating, and my goal is to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe sharing your story. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions that can leave people feeling stuck or uncertain about how to move forward.

My experience includes working in private practice and community-based settings with adolescents and young adults who may be at risk or navigating difficult family dynamics, identity development, stress, and trauma-related challenges. I have also trained in play therapy and incorporate developmentally appropriate techniques when working with younger clients. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the Tulane University School of Social Work and strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of meaningful change. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, and walking my little black dog, Buddy!

Hello, my name is Jeremiah Henderson. I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of Texas. I have experience working with depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, low motivation, trauma, and anger. It is important to realize that we are all prone to experience life stressors and negative emotions that can knock us down; however, I want us to work to develop skills and coping mechanisms to assist in helping to pull ourselves back to a point of stability. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work, and I bring both clinical expertise and real life understanding into the therapy space. My professional background includes years of direct clinical practice as well as leadership roles in complex, high stress systems, including serving as a Mental Health Director. These experiences have shaped my ability to support individuals who are navigating pressure, responsibility, and emotional overwhelm while still being expected to function at a high level.

I work best with clients who are strong on the outside but struggling internally. Many of the people I support are women, mothers, professionals, caregivers, and helpers who are used to showing up for others while neglecting their own emotional needs. I have a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, identity concerns, and trauma related to past or ongoing stressors.
