Mrs Zainab is skilled in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, crisis intervention, and care coordination, and works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. As a therapist, I have a strong passion for working with pregnancy and the postpartum parent. This includes the whole perinatal period, birth, postpartum, infertility, and loss. In addition to those populations, I have over 12 years of experience working with specializations such as major life transitions, anxiety, adult adhd, depression, PTSD and complex trauma.
