Hello,
My name is Keisha and I specialize in treating various issues. I appreciate the opportunity to provide my services to you. I create a safe space for my clients, free of judgement and full of understanding.
As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I believe in meeting people where they are. I am glad you made it here. I've been practicing for several years, having made the shift from community based work to telehealth a few years ago. I specialize in working with adults experiencing symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and ADHD.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in diagnosing and treating mental health as well as medical conditions across the lifespan. I earned my graduate degree in psychiatric nursing and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me a broad perspective on mental health care. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and ADHD. I work with adults and adolescents, and I’m experienced in supporting individuals navigating different mental health conditions.
I'm Tiff. I work with individuals who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or identity and life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans adjusting to civilian life, survivors of trauma, or people seeking affirming care around gender identity and self-exploration. What they share is a desire for safety, relief, and a greater sense of ease in their body and relationships.
I understand how heavy it can feel to carry these experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel seen, and begin healing in a way that feels sustainable. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in yourself.
Hello! So glad you are here. My name is Alex (she/her) and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing in the field for five years. I also am an avid outdoor rock climber (for the past 12 years) and can support individuals who are looking for support within their own sport/athletic hobby in mindset and performance focus, trauma processing, or exploration around risk within climbing and alpinism.
My work centers on women’s wellness, with a focus on supporting women navigating ADHD, ASD, chronic stress, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, and life transitions. Through working with a diverse range of clients, I’ve found that many women move through life feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in survival mode.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes emotional health deserves more attention than it often gets. I help adults of all ages improve how they experience life by teaching practical, evidence-based skills.
