I support women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and step into greater wholeness after years of over giving. Many of my clients come to me during times of stress, transition, or disconnection from their bodies, relationships or sense of purpose. My approach combines counseling and coaching with somatic techniques such as Reiki, creating a holistic path that supports body, mind and spirit. I offer a compassionate and space for healing, growth and transformation. Together, we release old patterns, awaken inner wisdom and open the way to a more authentic and empowered life.
I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience. I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at Emmanuel College and earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Simmons College in 2012. I have been working in adult outpatient mental health and integrative community health settings. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, identity shifts, chronic illness, and grief and loss.
I am a social worker with past experience working in hospital settings and crisis intervention. My areas of focus in therapy include perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum support), supporting parents through those tricky toddler years, and helping adults navigate through life changes or stressors. I help many clients who are experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms. Parenthood can be filled with joy, and also comes with hard moments that force us to take a deeper look at our own values, upbringing, and relationships in ways that we haven't needed to explore in the past. I love to connect with clients and validate how hard this roller coaster of parenthood can be, while also incorporating practical tools to increase levels of supports and reframing thoughts to make life feel a bit more balanced.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism and OCD. Supporting young people and their families has always been at the heart of my work. I am committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive mental health care. Having grown up and trained in Boston, I am proud to serve the community that is my home.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My main areas are helping individuals who are coping with depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD diagnosis, self-harming, pet loss, family building concerns, and LGBTQ+ matters.

While supporting a diverse population of clients throughout the years, it has become clear that there is a strong need to nurture our mental health. For centuries the medical industry has focused largely on physiological concerns. Within recent years, we have come to pay closer attention to the relationship between our physical and emotional well-being.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right therapist in Massachusetts starts with getting clear on what you need. Whether you're looking for help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, or something else, choosing a licensed provider who specializes in your area of concern can make a meaningful difference. Massachusetts-licensed therapists include LMHCs, LICSWs, LMFTs, and psychologists who provide talk therapy, while psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners can prescribe and manage medication.
With thousands of providers across the state — from Boston and Cambridge to Worcester, Springfield, and Cape Cod — narrowing your options can take time. Consider what matters most: a provider's specialty, whether they offer virtual or in-person sessions, and their availability. Reading a provider's bio before booking can help you understand their approach and decide if they're a good match.
Therapy in Massachusetts can be expensive out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce costs. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before you book, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find a therapist who fits your needs and your budget.
