Clients should know that I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space while also being direct and goal-oriented. I understand that many individuals come to therapy during difficult or uncertain times, and my role is to help you gain clarity, stability, and direction.
I have extensive experience working with individuals managing complex life stressors, including legal involvement, trauma, and mental health challenges. I also have a strong background in working with clients who may need additional structure, support, or guidance in navigating systems and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative—I meet you where you are while also helping you move forward with practical tools and strategies. I value honesty, consistency, and building a therapeutic relationship that feels both safe and productive.

I specialize in mental health care, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach combines medication management with personalized, holistic care. I work collaboratively with each patient to create a plan that fits their needs. My goal is to help you feel balanced and in control of your mental health.
Many of the adults I work with grew up feeling unseen—whether because of childhood trauma, emotionally unavailable parents, or painful relationship patterns. Those early experiences can stay with us, shaping the way we see ourselves and connect with others. Over time, it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycles, questioning your worth, or struggling to build the relationships you want.
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural calling: a way to combine compassion with practical tools to help people heal, grow, and find balance. Over the years, I’ve seen how therapy can transform lives—restoring hope, strengthening relationships, and helping clients rewrite the stories they tell themselves. That transformation is what inspires me every day to do this work with warmth, empathy, and genuine care. I absolutely love what I do and I feel very blessed to do this work everyday.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and bring over 20 years of experience working with both juveniles and adults healing from trauma. My approach is warm, empathetic, and supportive, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can work toward meaningful mental health goals. I utilize multiple evidence-based treatment approaches, tailoring care to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
