My background includes work in trauma-informed care, community mental health, and supporting Veterans navigating complex life challenges. These experiences deepened my belief that healing happens best in spaces where people feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe enough to be honest about what they’re carrying.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels grounded, collaborative, and human. I primarily support women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the pressures of trying to hold everything together while still caring for themselves. My approach is rooted in CBT and mindfulness-informed practices, helping clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping tools, emotional awareness, and more intentional ways of responding to life.
