As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S), I work with adolescents and adults. My clinical focus is treating anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders and personality disorders. My therapeutic approach is integrative and strength-based, incorporating Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Psychotherapy. I have over 13 years of experience in crisis counseling and private practice, and I am committed to helping clients develop effective coping skills and move toward more meaningful, balanced lives.
Do you desire healing from past events, struggling in life, overwhelmed and not feeling like you're reaching your potential? Every person is unique, and I honor that by emphasizing your God-given strengths and providing you with tools for success in life. You are the expert on your life, but sometimes having a supportive partner in exploring your life can help. If you're close to the Westerville, New Albany, and Lewis Center areas, I'd love to meet you in person. I can also see you online. This comes in handy with Ohio winter weather.
I believe all people are capable of change and growth, with the right support and encouragement. I'll be there to empower you to overcome growth barriers and be there to rejoice in your successes. I'm honored to be that collaborative partner. I invite you to reach out, take that first step towards wholeness in your life.
I believe therapy is a space to find inner peace through courage, curiosity, and compassion. The journey toward peace begins with the willingness to be vulnerable—an act that can feel both brave and frightening. Opening up to another person and turning inward to meet ourselves can stir fear and uncertainty, but it becomes gentler in a space free of judgment and shame. My goal is to create that space, where you can explore at your own pace and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that need care and understanding.
With 12+ years of experience supporting those impacted by trauma and other challenges , I use a body-centered, relational approach. I help clients slow down, tune into their bodies, and notice how the past shapes their present. Through curiosity, mindfulness, and compassion, I guide healing and deeper connection with self and others.
I believe everyone deserves to feel healthy, balanced, and fulfilled. I provide a supportive, confidential space for individuals and couples to explore their mental and emotional well-being.
As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I offer a holistic approach to care—integrating therapy with medication management when appropriate to support the whole person.
With over 11 years of healthcare experience across a variety of settings, I bring both clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to treatment. Recognizing the growing need for mental health support, I pursued advanced training in psychiatric care to better serve individuals navigating stress, anxiety, mood concerns, and life transitions.
My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I pride myself on diversifying my skill set as a social worker and have worked in a myriad of settings over the years. I have experience ranging from community mental health, inpatient acute psychiatric, outpatient, mental health policy, and veteran’s healthcare.

Hi there! Thank you for considering me as someone you'd have come alongside you on this leg of your journey! Here's some background about me to help determine if I'm a good fit. Let's start with a classic, I took psychology classes in high school and really enjoyed it! Pair that with a passion for helping others and a love for science, landing on studying psychology in college felt like a natural option. I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology in 2014 then went on to work in healthcare and volunteering in a mental healthcare setting until I started graduate school in 2016. At that same time, I began working as community based case manager helping people with a variety of mental health challenges like anxiety, depression and trauma. My experience in these areas expanded when I began counseling as an intern in 2018. The following year, I began as a licensed therapist, in private practice, where I've continued helping folks navigate stress, relationship dynamics, setting boundaries, processing and making sense of past experiences and holding space for thoughts, feelings, emotions and figuring out ways to create the changes they want in their lives.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected in your relationships, or worried about your child or family? Maybe you’ve been carrying stress, anxiety, grief, conflict, or painful life changes for so long that you barely recognize yourself anymore. You may have spent years trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly struggling on your own. If so, you are not alone.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through without fear of judgment. With nearly 60 years of professional experience working with individuals, couples and families, I understand how deeply emotional pain, relationship struggles, family stress, loss, and life transitions can affect people.
I have extensive experience working with at-risk adolescents and young adults facing challenges such as self-harming behaviors, trauma, addictions, and family conflict.
I have worked successfully with adults navigating substance use concerns, chronic pain and other health difficulties, caregiver burnout, grief, various forms of loss, and major life transitions.
In addition, I work with couples facing communication difficulties, separation, infidelity, divorce and other relationship challenges, as well as families dealing with parenting stress, illness, addictions, cultural adaptation, and significant life changes. I am also able to support families with young children who are experiencing developmental difficulties, health challenges, or acting-out behaviors and I provide pre-marital counseling for couples who are about to tie the knot. Throughout our work together, I strive to help clients build greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a greater sense of balance, connection, and emotional well-being.
