I believe therapy should be a safe space for you to work towards your goals, without any judgment. Rather than feeling alone, a therapist should assist you on your journey to build the life you have envisioned, while understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will be that therapist for you. I am passionate about assisting others to understand how their past impacts their current, in order to move forward to their future. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma, endure the daily challenges of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder, and/or deal with LGBTQ+ issues.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience working with adults. I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason.
Hi, I’m Dr. Latori Griffin, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (FL & PA) with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education. I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate challenges like anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relationship struggles. I focus on culturally sensitive, systemic approaches to support growth and connection in all areas of life.
I have over 10 years of experience in a wide variety of clinical settings since obtaining my Master's degree and becoming a licensed clinician. I use a client centered approach that draws from my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, and a trauma-informed approach. I have worked with people struggling with addictions, a wide variety of anxiety related difficulties, ADHD, depression, and some bodily focused repetitive behaviors. I also have experience working with couples to address relationship needs.
As an EMDR-trained licensed clinical social worker, I work alongside clients to encourage vulnerability and build resiliency. I hold a double master's degree in social work and human sexuality, a trauma certificate, and Beck CBT certification. I work with individual adults and within relationships, using a healthy dose of humor and sensitivity.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, lonely, or uncertain? You don't have to face life's challenges on your own. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can work together to help you better understand your experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward greater balance and well-being.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, work-related stress, identity exploration, health challenges, family conflict, or relationship concerns, I offer an empathetic, inclusive approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll address challenges in your relationships—with partners, spouses, family members, friends, or colleagues—as well as the demands of caregiving for children, loved ones, or aging parents.
I welcome individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, including clients of all genders, ethnicities, races, and LGBTQ+ identities.
All therapy sessions are offered virtually, providing convenient, confidential care from the comfort of your own home.
You deserve a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
Welcome! My name is Toni Ann Fontana, LCSW. I work with kids, teens, adults, caregivers, and families—anyone trying to make sense of a busy, messy, sometimes overwhelming life. I believe therapy should be collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you, not some cookie-cutter plan.
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I work with children, teens, and adults who are dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and family struggles. Over the years, I’ve supported families facing tough transitions, kids on the autism spectrum, and people who are trying to rebuild after life has knocked them down.
My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you feel stronger and more hopeful. In our sessions, you’ll have space to be heard without judgment while we work together to move toward the goals that matter most to you.
I am open to new ideas and problem solving, through listening and exploring options. I welcome in depth conversations and always learn from my clients. Creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect is a primary goal. Setting attainable realistic goals for life. I have experience in business, schools (k-12 and higher education) and the Family Court System
My experiences include extensive training for diverse populations: Community Oriented Police, School Police officers, First Responders and Hospital security.
I have also taught coparenting classes and work with hundreds of couples in creating and implementing parenting plans. I have instructed and supervised counselors in training at both the University level and have been a hands on field instructor.
In the area of leadership, I have been president of the Pennsylvania Counseling Association, president od the board of both Circle Group Homes and the William Gladden Foundation. I have served on many community boards and current chair the scholarship committee for The Greater Allegheny Education Foundation.
