With over 10 years of counseling experience, I am equipped with the tools to help you embrace accountability and adaptability, guiding you towards lasting change as we work together to reach your goals. Specific areas of treatment include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, adjustment and mood disorders, and life transitions. I serve children (at least 10 years old), teens, and adults. Additionally, I have years of personal experience with foster care and adoption.
