I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and a Masters of Science in Marriage, Couples and Family Counseling with an addendum of Crisis and Trauma Counseling.

I’m a Licensed Couples & Family Therapist and the founder of a virtual private practice serving clients in Washington and Idaho. Thanks for reading this. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with clients ages 6 to 86 struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, substance abuse and other issues. For some clients, I provide both therapy and medication management; for other clients, I work closely with their therapists to optimize their medication experience. Depression and anxiety can be logical responses to difficult life events. Many adults who experienced losses and traumas in childhood have never processed these events and continue to suffer their impacts.
Therapy should help you identify the ways you hold yourself back from greater peace and success. We all pick up dysfunctional patterns along the way and need help to identify and change them. I would like to help you in this process.
Lindsey Payton has been working in mental health since 2012. During her work in the therapeutic field, she has found her passion for helping those heal from traumatic events that impact how they view themselves or show up in their relationships. She enjoys working with those on a deeper personal level, as well as couples working through finding their connection.
I’m Elizabeth Webber-Mikaele, LMHC, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I have spent my career supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and practical tools for change.
My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Multicultural Social Services from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Education with a School Counseling certification, along with National Board Certification in School Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor, which allows me to mentor and supervise counseling professionals across the country.
Over the years, I have worked in schools, community programs, and clinical settings, helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have a particular passion for working with women, adolescents, and children, helping them build confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed approaches while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Hi, I am Ellen, and I’ve been a licensed mental health counselor for 5 years. I like to create a safe and affirming space for my clients to talk about difficult things. I specialize in treating Posttraumatic Stress Disorder with a process called ‘Cognitive Processing Therapy’. This process lasts 8-12 sessions (not including intro or assessment) and can reduce trauma symptoms noticably. I also do “regular” talk therapy (Rogerian / Humanistic) with clients who want to discuss hard stuff, process emotions, and get advice in a less structured way.
