Greetings, my name is Mary Dawn Weston, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have an MSW from the University of Southern California with a sub concentration in anxiety, PTSD, and codependency. In addition, I obtained a BA in Philosophy and a BA in Sociology. My professional background includes 5 years as the director of the Pre-Release program for the Alabama Department of Corrections, 3 years as a child abuse/neglect investigator as well as 4 years in private practice as a therapist.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I am passionate about helping people move beyond simply surviving and begin thriving! I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, challenged, empowered to create meaningful change in your life, and did I say feel seen?! :-)

I am a easy going, non-judgmental therapist with over 14 years of experience.

I work with individual adults who need more help with overcoming mental health challenges. I'm a licensed therapist and have experience treating depression, anxiety, anger, interpersonal issues, OCD, grief/loss and panic disorder. I have worked as an outpatient therapist for 3.5 years and also have experience working in the inpatient and community settings.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 over 30 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked with clients at all ages of the lifespan. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University. I am licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Missouri and Alabama.
