Hi, I'm Dr. Chigozie Jones Onuh, I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Also. I'm a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I serve clients across all ages and demographics. I have experience in treating clients with Depression, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Schizophrenia, Mood disorders, Substance use disorders, and other psychiatric related issues.

I am a licensed therapist who specializes in anxiety depression and behavioral addictions such as gambling, gaming, shopping, and technology use. I became an LCSW because, quite simply, I love people and have the deepest respect for all living things. I have a masters in Social work and background in Psychology, Sociology and Education. I believe that every individual has innate strengths and my goal is to help you tap into yours. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Education and Childhood Development. I've worked as a therapist in Jr. High and High School settings and currently work in private clinic to heal family relationships. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arizona and have experience caring for individuals in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and higher-acuity mental health settings. My background includes treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, OCD, mood disorders, and substance use. I take a thoughtful, practical, and individualized approach to care, with the goal of helping clients feel understood, safe, supported, and comfortable being honest when feeling emotionally vulnerable.
