I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Thought Evolution Counseling, PLLC. Many of the clients I work with are dealing with anxiety, feeling stuck, or going through changes that have left them overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. I’m especially drawn to supporting women during times of transition and self-reflection. I offer telehealth-only therapy so clients can access support in a way that feels flexible and comfortable.
