I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and judgment-free. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, anxious, discouraged, or unsure of how to move forward. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I provide therapy for teens, adults, and couples, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I create a warm, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I also offer faith-based Christian counseling upon request, integrating clients’ values and beliefs into the therapeutic process when desired.
