Hi, I’m Giovanni Gras, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 23 years of experience working in the field of mental health within a federal correctional setting, as well as providing counseling services to adolescents, teens, and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, Christian faith-based counseling, and first responders. I strive to create a welcoming and grounded environment where clients can find clarity, stability, and meaningful growth.

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience treating both physical and mental health concerns across the lifespan. I also value incorporating psychoeducation into sessions so clients feel empowered with both insight and practical tools they can apply outside of therapy.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in psychology, nursing, and addiction counseling. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stressors.
