Hi, I’m Mary Rose Gullet, LCSW. I am a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and hope. I earned my Master of Social Work with honors from Saint Leo University and have experience working in both inpatient behavioral health and outpatient settings. I currently provide telehealth therapy and have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I believe that healing happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop new coping skills, and reconnect with their values and goals. I also have a special interest in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and supporting adolescents and young adults.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I work with children, teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I've observed that many are unaware their struggles stem from unresolved childhood trauma. I focus on addressing core beliefs formed during these transformative years.

As I too struggled with unhealthy patterns of my past. Hitting rock bottom was my turning point. I immersed myself in retreats and inner child work, finding strength in spirituality. Healing myself and paying it forward to help others heal too.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in treating narcissistic abuse, postpartum challenges, and relationship issues. I’ve spent years helping clients rebuild their sense of self, strengthen boundaries, and recover from painful relational patterns. My style is direct, compassionate, and deeply trauma-informed. I believe in creating a safe, steady space where you can heal, grow, and feel truly supported.

I consider it a privilege to share sacred, confidential space with my clients. I am originally from Connecticut but have lived in Florida for over 24 years. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and my Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Connecticut.

My graduate school experience included working with clients dealing with schizophrenia in an in-patient hospital and working with Catholic Family Services, where I provided therapeutic services to clients ranging from adolescence to adulthood. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice using person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and some EMDR techniques.
