I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University. I’ve been at Wekiva Springs Center since 2022, and have experience with patients all over the spectrum from mood disorders, to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.

I work with teens and adults facing relationship struggles, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and stress that's hard to shake. I also support parents of children and young adults with ADHD or autism-related needs, and I have experience working with individuals and families facing complex mental health and substance use challenges. My background spans community mental health, crisis stabilization, outpatient care, and hospital settings, so I've sat with a wide range of what people go through.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and complex mental health needs.

I have experience working across high-acuity hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs, and community-based care, which allows me to support individuals through both everyday challenges and more complex clinical situations. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected.
