I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in healthcare, with 13 years including mental health care. My background includes working in high-acuity settings such as ICU and trauma care, which has strengthened my ability to remain calm, attentive, and thorough in complex situations.

Clients should have appropriate acuity in the mild-to-moderate range for telehealth care. Certain conditions or symptom severity levels may need a more intensive care setting than telehealth. After completing my baccalaureate nursing education at Florida State University, I was drawn to major medical centers, which led me to North Carolina—a place I had come to love during my summers there. In my professional journey, I had the privilege of working at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University Medical Center, gaining invaluable experience in high-level evidenced based patient care. Now, back in my hometown, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care to my community.
