I have two years of experience working with clients, primarily college students. I support individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I currently work as a manager for a managed care organization while also seeing clients on the side. My areas of expertise include stress management, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I have experience helping individuals cope with the challenges of college and higher education.

My educational background is in both Clinical and Community Psychology. I conceptualize and intervene with clients with an understanding of individual and environmental contributing factors. Additionally, I have significant experiences working with people across the life span and in various settings. I bring this rich experience to my work with clients.
