I believe that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. I am a licensed therapist who has worked in a variety of settings, supporting people through some of life’s most difficult moments. I have experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and adult women. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported—while also encouraged to grow.

I'm glad you're here! I want to be able to work with you to help you move forward, through the challenges. I enjoy working with individuals through difficult life circumstances, and helping to instill hope. I specialize in grief and loss, depression, trauma, and anxiety. I provide talk therapy and can include art therapy in sessions if requested, to help process thoughts and emotions non-verbally. Art can provide further insight into expression that words cannot do alone. I work with teens and adults in the office and/or via telehealth.
I received my Master’s and LSW in Social Work in 2012 and my Clinician Licensure in 2015. I also have a bachelors in education. I practiced in an adult outpatient hospital setting for 10 years. During my tenure there, I used the following modalities when treating clients: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, Motivational interviewing, Narrative therapy, Strengths based therapy, Problem solving therapy, mindfulness, crisis and suicide prevention, Grief and Loss, and provided countless hours in coaching individuals on disease prevention, chronic conditions and life solutions. I believe education empowers people to make informed choices and include this is most sessions to enhance therapy. I am also trained in all therapies listed in my bio and use these regularly. I use modalities separately and together according to what is needed and how you are progressing, but my base construct is CBT. Emotion Freedom Technique is a new way to approach trauma which I have been using over several months for people with trauma and have seen fantastic results.
Hello, I'm glad you're here! I have been a practicing Social Worker for 15 years in a variety of clinical settings. Hello! I'm Grace, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively within hospital-based Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). This experience has given me a deep understanding of the profound sense of helplessness and struggle one feels when caught in the middle of an intense emotional storm.
My name is Doug L. Watson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, RN, and I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with three years of experience treating clients across the lifespan. While I’m trained to work with individuals of all ages, about 85% of my practice has been focused on pediatrics and adolescents—a population I’m truly passionate about serving. I see children as young as five years old through Telehealth up to ages 75 or higher if needed. I earned both my BSN and MSN from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing my graduate degree in October 2022.
I genuinely love what I do and have always felt called to the field of psychiatry. Becoming a Psych/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life. I’m excited to be on my own, building a lasting career. I’m committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and making a positive difference in the lives of my clients and their families.
You might feel alone in this struggle but you don’t have to be. My work, which has been shaped by my own experiences of suffering and clinical training, is more than a career, it is a calling. I help people move from surviving to living with intention, calm, and confidence.
I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, and a master’s in clinical social work. I specialize in treating OCD and other anxiety disorders with Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I use this therapy because I’ve seen it help people begin living the lives that they want to live without fear being the driving force.
I also have a background in working with parents who are experiencing challenging situations. Whenever I work with children, I work with the caregivers as well in order to improve family unity and create lasting change.
I am very trauma-aware in that I recognize the role that past experiences have had in shaping who we are today. My philosophy is that these experiences don’t have to hold us back, but that healing is a journey to be embraced.
