My name is Dr. Bimpe Adedo, and I am a DNP .and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness, stability, and recovery. With a strong background in behavioral health and patient-centered care, I work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health and substance use challenges.

I received my professional training in advanced psychiatric nursing and doctor of nursing practice in leadership studies. My clinical approach focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care that respects each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

At Living Spring Behavioral Healthcare Services LLC, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for individuals dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. I’m glad that we’ve found each other. My name is Arianne and I've been partnering with individuals navigating the challenges and working towards the life each person hopes for themselves. When life feels like it is too much to handle, you might know what you need to do, but actually starting can feel scary. It's hard to move forward when you're stuck in negative thoughts. You understand your struggles and story better than anyone else and I am here to work alongside you to restore your calm.

I am beyond grateful to be able to provide a safe space for my client's to process stress, learn new things, and have their most vulnerable moments. So much of the time we try to ignore or push away our problems, but part of my job is to remind you that its okay not to be okay and sometimes life just sucks. I love helping teens and young adults with all of the transitions that come with growing up, the good and the bad. I also have experience with and enjoy working with individuals with Autism.

I am a LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical) who works with adults of all ages, families and couples. I was awarded my MSW in Clinical Behavioral Health from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I earned my B.A. from Georgetown University and an MBA from George Washington University. I have been honored to work with people of many diverse backgrounds, hospice patients, military populations and those living with developmental disabilities. As a former Peace Corps volunteer in Central America (RPCV), I speak Spanish with non-native fluency and have lived and worked in several countries.

I am a calm and inviting person who seeks to ensure each session is a safe place. Once we gain rapport, I am very intentional about challenging my clients with the intent for them to grow and heal. I hold it as a great honor to walk with each individual or family on their health and healing journey.

Laneka Montgomery is a compassionate therapist with experience supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, including end-of-life concerns. She works with adults, women, and couples facing relationship challenges and emotional distress.
