As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe mental health ties to many different aspects of our lives. Many people find it difficult to ask for help and I can see the difference when people make that first step. My goal is that people do not struggle alone and I am here to help. been spent supporting Veterans and others navigating life's hardest terrain, and I would be
