As a bilingual, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with Indigenous roots and lived immigrant experience, I founded Cristal Psykare to close the gap in accessible, affordable mental health care. With clinical experience across the lifespan and specialties in ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use, I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish.

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in autism evaluations (ages 2–24) and ADHD assessment and treatment (ages 4 through adulthood). I provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

I offer comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, medication management when appropriate, and practical strategies to improve focus, behavior, and daily functioning. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Telehealth appointments are available for convenient, accessible care.

Graduated from Boise State Graduate School after receiving my undergrad at Lewis Clark State College. I lived in Vegas for 8 years and am now located in the Greater Seattle Area. I am a Native American but love learning about all other cultures and lifestyles. I have worked for CCSD (elementary) for the past 7 years, but now I'm looking forward to working with all ages. :) I specialize in working with people struggling with OCD.

I am passionate about making a difference in my clients' lives.15 years of experience with complicated grief, family systems, couples, teens, and veterans. Areas of competence- complicated grief, anxiety, anger management, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, high conflict divorce and child custody challenges for you and your children. Education in forensic psychology adds a professional competence in assessments, high conflict resolutions, human behaviors, child development and interpersonal skills.
