Hello, my name is Mary! I am a licensed therapist that specializes in trauma, grief and loss. I am EMDR trained; and offer EMDR sessions as well as EMDR intensive where we design an individualized program to fit your specific needs. I also offer KAP and have seen amazing results! I have been working with clients and families for over 25 years and feel I bring a seasoned, open outlook into the therapeutic setting. One of my all-time favorites is “We delight in the beauty of the butterfly but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.” ― Maya Angelou. Remember this as you walk thru your journey!

Her goal is to help those who struggle with adjusting to life events or self esteem issues, build confidence and learn emotion regulation. Brittany helps rebuild marriages and relationship dynamics to help reduce symptoms from conflict or stress, improve communication, heal relationships with others, while empowering her clients.
In my work with my clients, I strive to practice radical genuineness, meaning I work hard to connect with you as a real live person. To do this, I share pieces of my life such as my interest in drawing or Dungeons and Dragons, parts of my identity including being a transgender person with ADHD, and how I feel in the room, as in if I feel sad or excited about something we talk about. I have found that being present and transparent with my clients has helped me foster trust and build relationships which have led to feelings of belonging and experiencing meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision Designation and the co owner of Sage Counseling Group, LLC. One of my passions is assisting others with working towards becoming the best versions of themselves. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with various needs in a variety of settings. My recent work has utilized CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), including TF-CBT ( Trauma Focused). When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
I have been a licensed mental health therapist for over 11 years, and have experienced nearly any challenge one faces when starting therapy. I have a strong passion for my work and I want each person that works with me to feel unconditional care, respect, acceptance, and warmth, while also challenged in a positive way! If you are motivated and have a desire to make improvements, I can help you with any issues bring you into therapy. Taking the first step can feel incredibly difficult, overwhelming, and scary, but is also the beginning of change and growth.
Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf.
I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show.
On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.
I am a Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist with over 5 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings. I am experienced in working with clients who have diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relational stress.
You might feel alone in this struggle but you don’t have to be. My work, which has been shaped by my own experiences of suffering and clinical training, is more than a career, it is a calling. I help people move from surviving to living with intention, calm, and confidence.
I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, and a master’s in clinical social work. I specialize in treating OCD and other anxiety disorders with Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I use this therapy because I’ve seen it help people begin living the lives that they want to live without fear being the driving force.
I also have a background in working with parents who are experiencing challenging situations. Whenever I work with children, I work with the caregivers as well in order to improve family unity and create lasting change.
I am very trauma-aware in that I recognize the role that past experiences have had in shaping who we are today. My philosophy is that these experiences don’t have to hold us back, but that healing is a journey to be embraced.
I created Growing with Grace Counseling Services to serve the community as a loving, inclusive, & accepting space for all. I have been a therapist for 8 years and have seen patients thrown around to different providers, feeling unheard, stuck, & lost. My goal is to create a space where patients know they will be treated with true care. It's a place where I am just as excited to watch you grow as you are, and you and I will be partners in this journey.
