My sessions are warm, honest, and conversational. I don’t just listen — I teach practical tools and life skills you can actually use to manage stress, handle emotions, and build healthier relationships. I take a whole-person approach — mind, body, and spirit — and I especially enjoy helping adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of their next step. Therapy with me feels like a safe, supportive space to learn, grow, and start feeling more like yourself again.

As a graduate of Regent University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am trained to provide professional care for diagnosable symptoms, but my view and approach holds that people are able to be their best self by experiencing their own inner healing and through healthy relationships. My clinical training included serving in a group foster home for teens and working in two group private practices. I have helped improve lives with a wide range of clients, including self-harming adolescents. Helping couples deepen their bond and reduce conflict has been my private practice passion since 2020; I have training across multiple modalities, including EFT, Gottman, IFS, RLT and Brainspotting. Within couples or individual therapy, I regularly help clients process difficult experiences and developmental trauma. Then, they have more capacity for relational and skills-based learning to propel them into seasons of greater internal and external peace and happiness.
After retiring from the Army, I went back to school to obtain my masters of Social Work to help others who suffer from trauma and depression. My biggest inspiration for wanting to help others is the help that I have received along the way. It was after seeing my therapist who helped to guide me through gender, dysphoria, and my transition, that I begin my path that has led me here, wanting to help others. My guiding philosophy is that you deserve to treat yourself as good if not better than anyone else. When you feel good, others will feel good too.
